Meeps isn't that often online on dA. She is more active on tumblr. Her last time she submitted something was in October 2016 and ever since then she didn't show any activity here on dA. So it could be possible that no one is going to reply to this. It's sad. I do check this group (and other groups as well) now and then and try to reply to these kind of messages. :/
Most ygo groups are dead so you should just click the "Affiliate" button on your group's page and type the name of the group you want to affiliate with and then see what happens. Like mentioned before, there are only very few groups that are taken care of. It's usually me who sends submits other people's artwork by clicking the "Submit to Group" button. Most people in the ygo fandom are extremely inactive these days.
