GENERAL

Q: Wait a minute...what the hell ARE shippings anyway?
A: 'Shippings' is the name given to all the possble pairings of YuGiOh. Just about everything is covered. Near enough full lists are given through the links displayed upon the front page.

Q: Blimy...that's a lot....Some of then include threesomes....or more! o___o
A: Yeah, I know ^_~ Don't worry, it's ALL good here

Q: There's a shipping I like which isn't on the list.
A: That's come up a few times. Remember, this list is fan-created and there are many characters in YGO, so some combinations wouldn't have been put in for reasons I don't know. I suppose they just didn't occur to whoever put this list together.

Q: Why are they called shippings anyway?
A: You know, I actually have no idea

Q: What's the point of this club anyway?
A: The same purpose of the Sonic and DBZ one. To bring together all sorts of YGO love!


SUBMISSIONS


Q: How can I submit something to the club?
A: Just send a note with a link to your work. It would help greately if you would put down in the note or in the deviation what sort of shipping it is. You don't have to but it does help the club out a lot. If not, it is a big-ass list that we have to look through

Q: Am I only allowed to send in fanart? I'm more a writer.
A: ALL fanworks are taken here. Fanart, fanfiction and fanmanga are more than welcome. Fanfiction doesn't have to be complete if it's a multi-part, just keep us updated if you can

Q: I have a multi part fic that I'd like to submit. Does it have to be completed?
A: No, but I would feel greateful if you would keep the club notified about the progress. It can be something as simple as a comment on the front page.

Q: I don't post some of my work on dA but would still like it featured in the club.
A: That's just fine. Just send a note with the link to your work, wherever it may be (fanfiction.net, live journal, your own website, etc), and we'll fix you right up

Q: Do I HAVE to submit something once I've joined?
A: You don't have to, no. You can just sit back and enjoy your favourite shippings. Of course, deviations from members will always make us smile ^__^

Q: My work features more than one couple
A: That's fine, it will be put under 'groups' if that's the case

Q: Can my works feature original characters?
A: Of course. All sorts of shippings are allowed here.

Q: What about two original characters?
A: As long as they're both OCs created for the YGO universe, that's fine.

Q: What about an original character I've created for the YGo verse with a character from another series?
A: I'm afraid that's where I draw the line and say no. You may have created that character for the YGO verse, but if they're with a character from, for example, Dragonball Z that would technically be Dragonball Z fanart.

Q: Am I allowed to submit hentai pics?
A: Of course! But they will be put into a different section where people who don't really like that sort of thing can avoid it. Again, it doesn't have to be featured on dA either, just send a link.

Q: Can I submit crossover couples?
A: Sure thing ^^

Q: What about YuGiOh GX?
A: We'll take it as long as the pairing features at least one YuGiOh character.

Q: What about things like male pregnancy or gender bending?
A: As long as it's relevant to the theme of the club (ie - pairings), it's all accepted.

Q: I want to submit something but the shipping isn't on the list
A: Don't worry about that and feel free to send it in anyway. It will either go into the un-named page or you can think up a name for it yourself.

Q: There's a shipping I like which isn't on the list. I was going to make up my own name, but I see somebody else already has.
A: Oh, don't worry about that. Even if another member has made up their own name for a shipping which isn't on the list, you can still make up your own. Shippings names are purely fanon, after all.

Q: You won't take bashing pics or affiliate with anti clubs at all?
A: Absolutely not! Sorry, but that's where I stand. This is a place to show love, not hate *peace sign*


STAR CHIPS

Q: So....why the star chips anyway?
A: The other two featured heart points but I wanted to be a little orignal so that I wasn't just plain copying everything. Remember Duelist Kingdom? Well, the duelists had to collect star chips to gain access to Pegasus. So, that's where the idea of collecting star chips in this club comes from ^^

Q: Why the pendants?
A: Well, plushies and keychains were alreday taken and I didn't want to copy. I wanted something that would fit into the YGO theme. Not, you gotta admit, some of them do wear a lot of...accessories shall we say (just look at Yami, Otogi and Malik for a start). What can you hang on things like necklaces to make it personal to you? Pendants!

Q: I already have a Seto/Jou necklace but I love the Seto/Yami pairing too. They both feature Seto, can I still have them?
A: Sure you can. You're just not allowed to have two of the same pairing.

Q: When can I get a new pendant?
A: Whenever you get another 20 star chips. Every 40 star chips will get you a new necklace of a ship of your choice.

Q: I want a threesome necklace. Is that possible?
A: Of course you can! Just let me know what you want and it shall be done. If you want more than a threesome, that can be done too. Want a cast orgy of pendants? Just be sure to let us know as you collect them.

Q: Can I have a pendant of an original character?
A: Sure but, like submissions, I must insist that there is at least one official YGO character in your necklace or, if you want to pair two OCs together, they're created for the YGO verse.

Q: What about GX characters?
A: Yes, those are allowed too. For now you may only pair a GX character with a YGO character - but it is being considered to expand the club into purely GX pairings too.

Q: Can I be the Pharaoh for a pairing that someone else alreday has?
A: Up to three people can be the Pharaoch of a ship. Once that ship has been taken up then it is no longer available.

Q: Only three?
A: Sorry but I would like a bit of variety. It would be boring if everyone had the same pairing now wouldn't it?

Q: I don't want my necklace/Pharaoh ship pairing anymore. Can I drop it?
A: Sure thing. Just send a note or comment on this journal. If you drop a ship pairing it becomes available if it's a ship that you're a Pharoah of. You can replace it with another pairing if you want, don't want you to waste those hard earned star chips after all.


PROMOTIONS


Q: What are the promotions all about?
A: This is just a bit of fun. When members get enough star chips (50) they can pick any shipping they want to be promoted for a month. During that month, members shall earn extra star chips for submitting material which focuses on that shipping.

Q: Who writes them? Can I choose what I want to be said?
A: *SamCyberCat is the one who writes them. If there's something in particular you want inclued in the promotion, just let the club know and it shall be done. As long as that particular something isn't bashing. Otherwise I'll say no.

Q: The promoted shipping should have been changed by now.
A: If we're missing changing the promotion by a few days, please don't worry. Both *SamCyberCat and I have lives away from the internet and can't be there all the time so please be patient. If it's been a few weeks or months, then you may gently poke the mods. It's been known to happen before due to things slipping our minds.

Q: I'm not really fond of the shipping which is being promoted. Do I have to submit material for it?
A: No you don't. Submitting material for the promoted shipping is completely optional, just like pretty much everything in this club.
